(2).Determination

➤ It is a quality of being determined to establish your task/goal exactly by calculation. You can define determination as a perfect feeling of what you are doing and that will not allow anyone to distract you.

(3).Distinctive

➤ It is the quality of being distinguished that makes a person distinctively different from others. You can define distinctive as an action to focus on your goal or the task in such a way that makes you very different from others.

(2).Good Healthy Eating Habits

These habits make your body, mind, and cardiovascular, very healthy and strengthy and give you the energy to exercise daily. So, schedule your diet as it covers full of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals as per your body’s requirements. This means you should have to make schedules to eat all vegetables, seasonal fruits, all beans, grains as per your needs, and also drinks required water. These practices make you fit and healthy.

(3).Habits of Reading

We have seen that with the help of healthy foods and exercise we can make our mind, soul, body, and cardiovascular very strengthy and healthy. After making our body fit and healthy we have to make our L.H. & R.H. Minds very powerful. To make our minds powerful and positive thoughts generator we have to read a daily minimum of 30 minutes and read such books which give us motivation. This means we make a practice to read positive, motivated, knowledgeable, and something different reading, which encourages you to do something new.
