You can see that 3L means three very important Life Skill and I request all reader to adopt these life-skill to achieve whatever goals, but before it, I request if you have yet not read 3T,3D & 3H then first read those articles and then start to read this article because those techniques are base of this 3L and if you read all sequentially then that is more beneficial for you to achieve your goals in a systematical way.

Firstly, I would like to explain the definition of Life Skill.

What are Life Skill?

Life-Skills is a skill which is mandatory for positive behavior that means each and every person to resolve difficulties & all challenges of everyday life, and makes you very strong day by day, which easily carry you towards your set goals whatever it may be! You can control yourself by developing self-discipline which builds you from your inner and provide you an inner strength to keep motive you every day. And if you have good strength from inner then it is easy to adhere to your decisions to achieve goals, which means this is one the necessary life skills to achieve goals easily.

If you build self-discipline then it is easy to think and monitor your inner thoughts and emotions. It means coincidentally you will very well aware of your inside-world to know your strengths and weaknesses, it is called Self-Awareness.

1. What is Self Respect & Respect For Others?

It is defined as how much you appreciate, love and like yourself, is called self-respect. So, always remember that self-discipline is a very nice gift of self-respect. If you do not try to build or be aware of yourself then you always make a mistake to respect others. So, without self-respect and respect for others, it leads you indiscipline person, so after all, it is a bad sign of life leaves.

2. How To Search Your Weaknesses?

Weaknesses, such as lack of confidence, trouble asking for help & saying no, always thinking two sides, habits of late wake-up, habits of junk food eating, being short-tempered, etc. We all very well know that no one is perfect in this beautiful world when we discuss it in totality. But ask to concentrate then we could not find our weaknesses because our belief towards self is very clear that I am perfect. So do not make mistakes to search for weaknesses and take action to improve them otherwise it leads you towards negative thinking.

3. Enjoy Life To Make You Happy?

We are always habitual to become happy when it is as per our requirements and so we never enjoy Life’s moments to their fullest. For example, if we do not like some celebration, or festival, or others’ happy moments then we try our level best to distract from it even hardly try to clap by heart.
I mean to say life is so beautiful and it never waits for anyone and if it is mandatory to participate then, why not people participate with their bottom of heart?. Please remember if you try to be happy then that is only beneficial for yourself. So start to develop happiness through life’s happy moments.

4. Be Kind To Others

This is a very important part of Self-Discipline called forgiveness. We always do not try to forgive others easily because we feel that I did not make any mistake so how come I forgive others? Please note that if you build forgiveness habits, it will give full benefits to you, not others to whom you seek revenge. It will create stress and tension in your mind and you will go to bed with anger attitude. Forgiveness leads you towards your growth and happiness.
5. Be Thankful
Be Thankful for what you have and what you are! Always learn to say thanks from the bottom of the heart because thank show someone feeling and gratitude which definitely makes you a well-disciplined person and well human being also.

(B).Mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a life skill of maintaining an alpha state of mind that means awareness of thoughts & emotions on a regular basis without judging them. Focus on each breath that you inhale and exhale, live in present moments, pay attention are some examples of mindfulness. It will achieve through meditation. Meditation is a very good skill one should have to build up by everyone. Meditation will help us to imagine what we want to be in life.

(C).Imaginations.

All have two mental states while awake -> One alpha & second beta. After practicing meditation, we will easily reach an alpha state of mind means relaxing your mind in such a way that you can imagine what you want in your life that is called imagination of your beautiful goals which you can easily visualize.

Meditation, Relaxation, and Imagination are very big topics to learn and so you have to just learn here its basics only, we will discuss it briefly later on after completion of my committed topics.

In short, imagination is a very very important feature of life skills and so everyone has to make a plan in mind before putting it n practical life. You should have to make a perfect plan and visualize it, each & every day in relaxation mode. Imagination makes you fruitful your mind and you will feel, it is easy to reach or achieve any goals in life.
